1. Agreement to Terms
These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the Baker Industrieswebsite and your requests for estimates and services. By using this site or submitting a request, you agree to these terms.
2. Estimates
Estimates provided through this website or by phone are preliminary and based on the information you provide. A final scope and price are confirmed after an on-site visit and review of the actual conditions of the property.
3. Services
Baker Industries provides excavation, septic system installation, land and lot clearing, grading and site prep, and utility trenching for residential, commercial, and industrial customers in Garden Plain and south-central Kansas. We reserve the right to decline or reschedule work based on site conditions, equipment availability, or scheduling.
4. Site Conditions & Access
You are responsible for providing accurate information about your property, including access, underground utilities, and any conditions that may affect the work. You are responsible for locating and marking underground utilities unless otherwise agreed.
5. Payments
Payment terms for each project are agreed before work begins. Unless otherwise stated in writing, payment is due upon completion of the work.
6. SMS & Text Messaging
If you provide your phone number and consent to text messages, you agree to receive text messages from Baker Industries about your request or project. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Baker Industries is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from services performed. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific work at issue.
8. Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
